First Month in The US.

Alhamdulillah.

It's been more than a month staying here in the US. There's a ton of valuable experience that I have gained in this first month. People here are very polite and helpful. The traffics are not as crowd as Malaysia. Pedestrians are prioritised on road. Only tissues are provided in restrooms (no water!).

So I will divide my first post in the US into several categories. Let's start!

Keyakinan Domino!

Pernah makan domino tak? Pizza yang aneka topping dan tidak hilang ciri-ciri pizza aslinya serta tidak terpengaruh dengan makanan Malaysia. Pasti sedap.

Rasanya sangat lain, apabila anda makan, anda akan mendapati bahawa domino mempunyai rasa yang lain. Rasa lain? Rasa apa? Itulah dia rasa nak lagi.

2 months to go

(9 - 10 May 2014)

Alhamdulillah, last week marked the end of Spring Semester 2014. It was one super hectic semester. Sometimes, my body can't keep up with the momentum of the busyness.

I am also officially graduated from INTEC Education College on last 17th April even though technically I still have 2 months to go. Most of us have already finalize our university of choice.

Tomorrow will be the start of our last semester in INTEC, Summer Semester 2014. InsyaAllah I'll be taking Introduction to Sociology for this semester. Summer means I have a lot of non-classes time and those times are our chances to give the best in DnT and prepare the best for our lives in the States.

Next week will be the start of our momentum, a summer trip to Ixora Resort, Port Dickson insyaAllah. I hope this trip will enlighten our juniors with a fresh point of view on life itself. This trip is surely planned for big purposes.

I pray that Allah ease our trip and give us hidayah and tawfeeq.

The month of the Quran is coming! Let us set our mind to understand the Quran better. 

These are 7 tips for understanding the Quran

1) Always purify your intentions.

2) Use a reliable translation if you don't understand Arabic.

3) Never study a verse in isolation from other verses and Hadiths on the topic.

4) Prioritize the explanation of the Prophet and his companion.

5) Check if there is a reason for revelation and understand its relevance.

6) Always clarify Fiqh and Aqeedah verses with a scholar.

7) Familiarize yourself with the sciences of the Quran (Uloom Al-Quran) for a deeper understanding.
